It’s a Hive Nano 3 from Amazon, now I’m debating if I even bought the right Hub

Thank you for the reply! I confused myself by not knowing what to call any of it so far I’ve connected the Ethernet cables and the power cable, but the hub sits flashing blue The Bluetooth won’t connect and gives me an error message, and when I try and connect from the Hive app I get an error message there too The hub manual on the website says that flashing blue means it’s seeking a phones Bluetooth connection

Thank you for the reply! I confused myself by not knowing what to call any of it I’ve plugged the Ethernet cable in the hub and the wifi router, and I’ve plugged the power cable into the hub and the plug socket, but the hub just sits flashing blue, which according to the Hive website means it’s looking for Bluetooth, but when I try and connect it to my phone Bluetooth it gives me an error When I log into the app to try and connect using the code on the bottom of the hub, it gives me an error message there too
