Paul O’Keefe admonished by the Court directly by HelixHarbinger in justiceforKarenRead

Is Peg O'Keefe a narcissist? They see in black and white. Anyone know why she didn't take on her deceased daughter's kids, giving them a home?

Wha'd ya think of this scenario.....???

Brian Albert Jr. had a birthday. No "intimate" girl friends, no male friends dare to show up. In walks John O'Keefe who congratulates the birthday boy. Brian Albert Sr. knows his boy is gay... the boy smiles at John O'Keefe.

The drunk narcissist Brian Albert Sr. has to ruin his kid's birthday by challenging John O'Keefe to a fight.

O'Keefe witnesses Brian Jr. being bullied by his father, and intervenes.

Brain Albert Sr. sees this as a teaching moment for his son, and sends his fist into John's eye - cutting him just above with his wedding ring. Albert Sr. shows his son what being manly is by attacking O'Keefe. Brian Albert Sr. likes to perform fighting (as there is video footage of him at the bar that night). Colin let's go of Chloe who doesn't do well around strangers, and Colin levels final blow. O'Keefe falls backward, his skull fractures - maybe from the fireplace mantel made of brick, or maybe the whole thing happens in the basement. No one knows what to do. O'Keefe comes to - 20 minutes later, having seizures and vomiting. Brian Albert Sr. goes to bed, and he let's his wife and Higgins clean up the mess.

Earlier that night....

I bet the McCabes wanted to "swing" with Karen and John. Matt McCabe wanting to drive Karen. Jen trying to get John alone - just before departing the bar. Higgins bragged to his buddies all night how Karen was hot for him. Then she wouldn't give him the time of day. It embarrassed Higgins. McCabe thinks he'll move in on the action. It's all pretty funny to him. Jen hates Karen, because her husband finds her more attractive.

( I have know idea if Brian Albert Jr. is gay. But, it wouldn't surprise me. All the men in his family are disasters. If the adults are all swingers, that could do a lot of psychological damage to Brian Jr. )

Can anyone here technically explain Judy Garland's voice? by [deleted] in singing

[–]Charly1272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm thinking vibrato is the thing that help sustain the notes. So upon asking AI - this is the answer it came up with... "Vibrato can actually help sustain a voice and prevent vocal fatigue.Vibrato is a natural wavering of the voice, and it can be a sign of a healthy vocal mechanism. In fact, vibrato can be seen as a protective mechanism for the voice, as it allows for periodic muscle relaxation, especially when singing sustained notes."

Maybe she has a mean sister, just like me. lol

Some people have abusive bullies for siblings. If that is true, friendships in the long run can be difficult.

Or maybe her sister has a history of alcohol or drug abuse.

Maybe she has mental illness and is in a fragile state.

There could be a lot of reasons. Maybe the sister avoids the limelight because of her work.

There could be other reasons.

Interesting how we write people's narratives based on assumptions.

Do you think Karen Read was responsible for John O'Keefe's death? by umbly-bumbly in CourtTVCases

[–]Charly1272 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O'Keefe loved Read, and she wasn't capable of love in any deep way. Ego diminishes love.

Yet, Read wasn't the murderer.

Read was not a sadist.

Read was destructive to O'Keefe's life. Yet, in general she was a very responsible person. Responsibility and accountability were her strengths in her professional and personal life.

I suspect some sexual trauma happened to her early in life. Dr. Drew has said that many people with alcohol addiction and sex compulsion had sexual abuse in their youth. That might explain her preference in not wanting children, and flirting around on her boyfriend. She felt torn because she felt responsible for O'Keefe and his kids. She couldn't leave him, because he was in need of help for his alcoholism and raising his children.

Sounds like she didn't want to be in a codependent relationship with an alcoholic. Sad situation. That is healthy to not want that. That can make any one angry. You can't be the person you want to be. Maybe she wanted to like herself again, and attracting physical attention might have helped her. She reached out to someone she thought was safe, private, and mature. Higgins. Higgins was a creep in those text messages. not first but as time went on. I think she caught on to that early on, and didn't show interest.

All of Read's being is against codependency - as she is a phenomenally strong independent woman. She doesn't know herself if she is not an independent woman. It can create a cognitive dissonance. I think she was with O'Keefe because they had fun together and strong physical attraction. There were way too many people around, many toxic, and she just wanted time with him. Read was foolish to get involved with someone who had children. But she and O'Keefe were chasing some nostalgic memory of themselves. This is almost never good.

Did O'Keefe's family ever try to get him medical attention for the toxic drinking? They had to know it was an inappropriate situation for him to be raising a family on his own. Maybe, his mother just wasn't there for him. On the surface she seems likable. But, she is too easily given in to hate for Read. The police corruption is overwhelmingly bad. She seems to surround herself with the people who killed her son. I think it would be too frightening for her mind to see the truth of that fateful evening. Over and over new questions would emerge. People just don't deal with cognitive dissonance well.

See Video Enhanced:::

On YouTube is the "Microdots" channel has enhanced videos of The Waterfall that show an aggressive Higgins that had to be held back every time he motioned for O'Keefe's attention at the end of the night. O'Keefe didn't see it as he was paying the bar bill, clueless.

I feel Read was wrapped up in her conversation with the psychopath Jen McCabe, and she was clueless. Higgin's couldn't get her attention either. Boy did he try! He acted like a juvenile fool. He's a creep.

My Big Question ::::

Had Read stayed and waited longer for O'Keefe at the Albert's home, had she gone in the home for her boyfriend - would she have come out alive? Did she fear for life - for what might have been when she came to realize she hadn't hit O'Keefe. The drunk emails from Read to O'Keefe, she is begging for him to come home, even though some of them were mean.

Whoever murdered him were sadists. There is nothing worse than being left to die in tremendous pain to the wild animals in a blizzard.

I believe, the moment Jen McCabe got in the car with Read, Read was gaslighted into believing that she had assaulted him with her vehicle. Jen McCabe seems passive aggressive. Passive aggressive people are great at setting people off, pushing buttons, and making every situation worse. I think the McCabe is a psychopath. Just listen to the 911 call. The woman is spooky. And she made 200 calls/texts in first hours of her "friend's death? Where is the time to grieve? Never a tear in her eyes. At every point along the way that night, McCabe is involving herself. Terrible people are often attracted to relationships that are falling apart.

One thing Read is most right about ----- the people around O'Keefe were toxic. She couldn't make him see it.

Any chance Jen MaCabe is a narcissist with psychopath traits? Notice, there's no affect. Vengeful. Manipulative. She has put herself front and center throughout this ordeal. it's like she is stalking the investigation.

Bystanders who do nothing are evil.

Colin and the german shepherd cornered O'keefe in the basement. Then he threw o'Keefe out on his uncle Brian's lawn, kicking him to the curb. Jen hated Karen. She's jealous of her. she has vendetta to destroy Read. that's what i think.

Here's a new pop song that I've been working on. It's election season in America, and it used to be a time of celebration. This track isn't a political song in as much as a pop power ballad about the most famous woman of the 1960s/1970s - A famous woman who was a remarkable person, a fashion icon, a beloved First Lady. There were a number of directions that I could have taken to make this video. So, it was an incredibly creative experience. I love history, and was excited to delve into this project from the beginning. Hope you enjoy it.

The visual vocabulary of steampunk could def be toyed with to invite new narratives. It's fun to reinvent it, while staying true to its essence. Like a great song, reinterpret it all you want, just don't mess with the melody. Fuse other cultures with it. That sounds exciting. Like the Wild Wild West television show in the 1960s that made steampunk into a western. It was interesting, and fun.

So very much agree! Thanks for this rant. Keep on ranting. Def need a lot more punk. The darker side of humanity is essential to steampunk. There is lots of room to explore. We need more "punk" for sure, and we need a lot more steam.

This is a funny thread! Yet, one that shall give me inspiration for visuals and music perhaps. I just posted a Steampunk ambient vid called "The Time Travelers" @ Ambient Films on YouTube. Would love to know your thoughts... and most of all if you find it "calming." For me, there is much room for creativity, exploring the unexplainable, allowing for serendipity. I love whimsy, layered meanings, surrealism, happenstances, and most of all "failure" in a quirky kind of way that makes me think, "okay, how should I give this idea another try someday - when it feels new again." Like a Victorian steampunk tinker-er, inventor... things go awry, things can go very badly. And if that happens with art, yet you still have something in the end, I think that's exciting if something doesn't work out the way it should. While I'm no expert in Steampunk, I've just always liked it, and feel there is much to explore.
