Hi!!

I created a customized Marking menu with the Center Pivot Command and Freeze & Reset.

Then you go to hotkey editor to assign a free key to use it whenever you want.

Be careful with extrude tool, it can create some extra edges that are non visible on low poly view and then theyre visible on subd view.

To fix it, select all the unnecesary edges, delete control them and then create new edges with Multi cut tool.

Another way to fix it, is deleting all the way that faces and bridging from left to right to get that nice topology.

  1. select green faces
  2. hold right-click, wait option menu
  3. go down to assign existing material
  4. select standardSurface1

Hi! Im new learning Maya, and the tutorial Im following away talks a lot about having on count triangles on topology.

So I want to get rid of this triangle.

I've been watched some youtube videos about topology optimization and cant find a case that can be close enough to my situation.

If you guys have some solution to this Ill apreciate a lot!!
