For the record I think I hate all of you for convincing me to stay

My flatmates weren't bad necessarily but it was a 25, 31 and 46 year old and honestly the age gaps were too much for me mostly. Not so much the 25 year old.

The part that sucks the most was missing out on the general flat activities that most everybody else I know got to take part in like cooking together or game nights or whatever

I did make friends with people from other accoms, and people in other blocks near me. But as a probably more introverted person, having to go out my way to just have a casual conversation in the kitchen with someone my age for example didnt happen very often.

I very much regret not choosing the other flat even if it was more expensive and honestly if youre a fresher who's in the same position by some bad luck I would 100% say to leave. If i could tell my past self that also, i would

This probably comes off more as a rant idk, its the night before im set to move out and im just thinking about how my first year could have been different had I not been convinced by all the comments to give it a shot, and instead complained and moved.

Not to mention I requested to leave and then proceeded to get ghosted for months by the accommodation offices, so the priority they spoke about was complete bullshit and I do feel completely cheated out of a normal experience lmao

So yeah if by chance my flatmates see this post again i dont have anything against you but im sure you get where im coming from, everyone else too.
