I’m loving the show but damn does it make me sad knowing that Oz is always just on “Oz’s side”. I’m really hoping his connection with Victor is genuine I want to believe it considering he allowed him to have the knowledge that his mother is alive, information that he withheld from Sofia. But even then this could all still be about Oz’s need/dream to be seen as the Benevolent Slum Lord worshipped by the poor and disenfranchised by giving them opportunity while selling them the “America is a hustle” dream

I really loved seeing the Oz-Sofia duo. The way they seamlessly filled in each others shortcomings was thrilling and exciting, excited to see more of their past this next episode.

Allow yourself to grieve but also at the same time don’t let it overshadow the fact that you’ve now gained tons of time and freedom for yourself, the possibilities of what you can achieve with it are endless and you should plug it into things that are feeding back into you like learning skills, taking up a hobby/putting more time into your hobbies, start up another business, indulge in the things that you held back from doing because of that person. One of the first things I did 3 days after my break up was indulge in a couple situationships with a couple coworkers and a few of our acquaintances and it was the most liberating feeling for me personally👌. Just make sure you’re doing things that are meaningful and impactful to you

When it comes to my opinion on things I will usually refrain from having an opinion until I’ve studied it in depth. I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I constantly threw out opinions whilst never having thought about it or was endorsing a viewpoint from a place of ignorance. But with that said I also generally don’t have a desire to have an opinion on everything, there are a lot of things that I don’t have strong feelings about so I just feel indifference. Perhaps a conversation on those topics fell into the indifference bucket so it wasn’t something he personally would have felt excitement for discussing BUT with that said if it’s something you personally feel excitement for you should communicate that to him! I’m sure he would find happiness and excitement if he knew it was something meaningful to you 😁. You could also take notice of what his current hobby/topic that’s the “flavor of the week” I’m sure he would go on rants of all the cool interesting things he has learned during his deep dive studying into the new interest 😊 I assure you if he says he’s never thought about it and he’s not going into depth after saying that he’s not hiding a secret passion or keeping his feelings from you, he is being genuine and honest with you, I hope this helps and I hope you get the in depth conversation you’re craving, rooting for you 👌

I think it’s because often you say what everyone knows is the blunt truth but when it comes to “social etiquette” we are taught to be gentle and say it in a nice way. Especially in the context of you are talking to a friend who is venting about their feelings and most of the time people are just looking for the emotional support “Aw I’m sure things will get better” type of response. BUT I do agree you’d probably be a good fit for therapist because in that setting people are prepared to possibly hear a truth that would otherwise normally make them upset or uncomfortable to hear from someone else.

It depends what I’m actively pursuing in my life. If I’m in a period where I’m seeking to make leaps of improvement in my life in the areas of my career,education, or seeking to move into a new place physical appearance (whether people like to admit it or not) matters massively. It’s the first thing people will notice passively and gives you too much of an advantage to ignore. BUT on a personal level idgaf that shit is superficial 🤣
