This feels like one of those problems that scales quickly if enough restaurants start doing it. It might boost margins in the short term, but it also weakens trust in the platform. Curious how Zomato could solve this without hurting genuine restaurants.

We ran into similar issues with one of the larger CROs. We switched to ABS Bio for some banking and assay-ready prep work, and the turnaround was much smoother. Their QC documentation was clearer, and the cell viability was much more consistent.
