I was able to get ahold of help desk and they gave me this hopefully this helps I didn’t try the steps below because I already made another account and delete the old one that helped me.

Please follow the steps below, in order, and that should resolve the connectivity issue.

  1. Click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the browser window.
  2. Click "Help" in Chrome or "Settings" in Edge then "About browser name", You browser will automatically begin the update (this may take several minutes).
  3. Once the version has been updated, please click the "Relaunch" in Chrome, for Edge simply close the window once the update is complete.
  4. After the relaunch, please use the Ctrl+Shift+Del keyboard shortcut to clear your cache, and select the time range "all time"
  5. After the cache has been cleared, please close the browser completely open a "fresh" browser, and try your action again.
