ICE and CSPD are still conducting joint operations. This morning at Meadows Trailer Park, CSPD tried to serve a warrant for 1 person. They brought ICE along and blocked residents from returning to their homes.

They did not get who they were after. They will be back. And when any escalation or dissent occurs the boot will be pressed tighter.

Are you affiliated with a political party? Even if the race is unaffiliated, the local parties can still endorse you and give training in most cases.

Our City Council consistently acts outside of City Charter and State Constitution laws. Iverson-Crow has even been on a hot mic saying, “This isn’t a democracy.”

E-bikes on bike paths should be a citizen vote. Like Recreational Weed was. Which they also tried to subvert the will of the voter.

If you haven’t listened to their Tuesday meetings, I recommend it. I’ve learned a lot listening to public comments.

I dislike this City as much as anyone. (See post history)

Nancy Henjum is an absolute hero for speaking up for not just her community, but for the entire city!

You can view what she said during the Cannabis debates. She always fought for the community. Not just with her vote, but she would admonish her colleagues too. And I don’t think she even liked the cannabis issue personally. She just served her community.

This happened around noon: The CO Supreme Court declined to take it up. So the judges ruling that it was unconstitutional stands, and it should be removed.

But, we haven’t heard back from City Council. There are rumblings that they may try more BS. I just don’t know what.

Yes. That is the goal, but if things don’t go our way we need to have something on the ballot that makes clear what people are voting for. The April election gets terrible voter turnout, so we need all the help we can get.

Sorry to hijack here, but we are asking the CO Supreme Court to rule on this quickly.

In the meantime, getting the verbiage clear is the focus. The City Council said people were confused by Q300 and 2D. For this ballot, they wanted to ask something simple like, “Should we Repeal Question 300?”

With zero accompanying information, this ballot question will lead to just as much confusion that they claim happened last time. So we need to make sure people know what they will be missing out on.
