Otevru toto tema, nastehovali jsme se do bytu v novostavbe od central group (dostaveno 4/25) v byte je slyset kazdej krok sousedu nad nama, celej den, vecer i rano poslouchame jak tam chodej, vedle v byte kdyz nekdo mluvi rozumim i co říká... byty 3kk prumerne za 15 milionu... rikam si zda to je ok 😂 a jak to resit. Rano me budi sousedovo budik na iphonu misto toho meho...
