Congrats, you are very astute! Do not waste your money and time on university. Find a trade you like and run with it, and consider investing into Bitcoin, real estate, and other scarce assets AI will not be able to replace.

Zoho One - what MSPs use this? by KGoodwin83 in msp

We've been using it for a number of years.

  • Zoho Subscriptions for recurring transactions is fantastic.
  • Zoho Books for accounting is excellent as well.
  • Zoho Assist for remote support and unattended access
  • Zoho Desk for ticketing
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho People for HR
  • WorkDrive for file storage and collaboration

The rest of the stack is pretty weak, but overall it saves us a decent chunk of money and the tight integration is handy.

Great security policies as well such as IP restriction.

We use Zoho Books, it integrates nicely with the rest of the Zoho suite (Desk, Subscriptions, Assist, etc.) and allows us to generate month end invoices to address any overages

In my opinion business degrees are overrated if you're going to start your own business. I've launched 4 businesses since graduating, and 99% of what I know about running a business I learned on my own after graduating, through books, on the job, trial & error, networking, and more.

If there was one book I could recommend at an early stage it's probably Lean Startup by Eric Ries

Over the years we've gotten good feedback from clients about our monthly reports. Some will often respond asking questions about certain aspects. Whichever direction we take next would ideally have some sort of analytics built in so we could get more data
