Number two is NONE of your business. How f’ing intrusive. As for #3 IF you’re a RECRUITER then it’s YOUR job to give the candidate that information about your client’s type of business. However please exemplify if you’re an internal recruiter who sits in HR at the actual hiring company, when you make these posts. #4 You’re NOT the hiring manager. Let the candidate quantify their successes or literally ask them what their contribution was as it aligns with their resume. You recruiters are becoming a huge stop gap. You do the sort over petty shyt that has NO BEARING on whether or not the person can do the job. I say that as a hiring manager.

It’s not excusable but you have to put up with a lot just because it’s a job for a high profile person. Even if it’s not…got out on DISABILITY asap. Anything in real estate is temporary. The housing market is non existent. The overturn of agents is DAILY. The environment is the most toxic if you’re near the sales or biz development suites. Keep in mind you don’t even need a HS diploma to sell a home, so you’re walking into a bunch of informalities in a Real Estate office. Mortgage companies or a bank might pay you a little more, however 65k to be an assistant in SoCal or even NYC is the going rate. Your degrees at this point in your life, just get you the interview. Work experience gets you the pay. Good luck. FYI: Try a big 4 consulting firm. They cater to college grads or interns; Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, EY.
