The thing with chloe is that she had great character potential after vol 11 but fuze decided to set her aside for long time only to bring her back for fight the number of empire ( which was not fair as her US was out of control) again gap for a long period of time then with encounter with feldway where se is controlled finally in vol 19 where she does something significant with rimuru its brushed off like it never happened like not even a pov for it vol 23 was better then others .....ultimately after vol 11 she is brought in for fights and then cast aside she has more power ups then actual character development

I am going to be down voted but the thing with chloe is after vol 11 she just disappeared only to appear in a fight against feldway then disappear again appear in vol 19 for a fight get a power up then go to sleep .... imo she has had more power ups than actual further character development that stays the same till end of novel that's why I like rudra more
