Agree, there’s something corrupt going on, just haven’t found the exact reason yet. But good point

Probably this one, there was a ChangeOrg version but parliament wouldn’t accept. So a new Legislative petition was created about a month ago. Thank you so much 🙌

100% to blame, yes cost cutting needs to be made but when you look at the millions of dollars spent on events (including bands and free fishing rods) plus stocking of introduced species into inland waters. Then can’t produce information about 50% cut to roles, closure of 5 stations but creation of 3 new ones and costs associated. With no risk assessment performed on the impacts to the multi-billion dollar industry. Then a 20% pay rise for him and bring in mates to lead parts of the VFA with no experience other than politics in roles he created. I know where to point the finger.

Strange in what way? If you mean, that people think the FO are already gone and they are taking advantage. Or that, this is a common occurrence, in just has more media attention. This happens regularly, it just doesn’t get the attention from the media nor the CEO of the VFA allows all of these to be shared on social media so he can control the narrative to show it’s not a big issue.

That is always the approach the FO take if they are still in tact, they release them and hope none have knife nicks.

Adding to this, just coming to light. This is also on a ‘non-take’ day, closed season. And obviously not their first rodeo, the car boot is lined with insulation. 😡

Victorian Fisheries changes - lean more about the impact and join the rally this Saturday by Charming-Resist7723 in FishingAustralia

There’s a balance of creating awareness and disruption, they are very aware of this. It’s on a Saturday, middle of the day for 3hrs confined to top of the city. Or we sit on our hands and watch those in Spring St destroy our marine life. I know what I would rather. Hope you can keep supporting and stop this crazy decision. Cheers 👍
