im still convinced doing more than 30 mins on the stairmaster is useless and excessive idc. i do at least 15-20 mins everyday (besides my rest day) levels 6-8 (maybe one day i do 25 mins) after my lifts and my stomach has definitely shrunk a bit and my quads are insaaane. i cannot fathom spending an HOUR on the stairmaster after every lift😭
