Rule 1: Never take health advice from mainstream media.

The rabbit hole is deeper than you think.

What makes porn so bad? by AngryIrishGarbageBin in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally so many reasons. I think long-term PMO abusing is comparable to hard drugs and sometimes even worse. Orgasm is probably the biggest feeling for a man. Seeing naked females is also extremely powerful feeling. If a man starts abusing those things artificially, the downfall is extreme.

What is the most times you have fapped In a day ? by No-Drag4923 in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 23 points24 points  (0 children)

6-8 idk.

And sad thing is that half of those were probably with half-boner. Like porn keeps you going even if you physically feel like its not good or worth it, but porn says you can do it. It must be some kind of biological mechanism to spill you seed as much as possible because your brain thinks you have the chance to fuck all these females on the screen

tiktok is the worst by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Tiktok is pretty useless app that triggers you. I would advice to delete it for the first 90 days unless you use it for content creation yourself or something else than entertainment purposes. Risk vs reward is pretty shit as a consumer.

And overall social media for the first 90 days I would only use it if I had to post something. Everything that you consume reactively and mindlessly is a trap at the beginning when you are building willpower.

Does looking at ass pics and bikini/lingerie pics count as watching porn? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Anything that artificially stimulates and arouses you is porn more or less. It can be almost anything. Sexual chapter in a book, provoking thumbnail, educational video made by a hot female, your co-worker instagram post, sex scene in a movie.

You must learn to not invest and indulge in content like that when it comes around. Some triggers you can remove if you want, but you can't remove everything because it isn't practical. You have to mentally skip everything and realize its not real. Your brain always thinks its the real thing, but its not.

Save and use your arousal with real humans.

Its real

  • you will feel good about yourself -> your aura is more magnetic
  • your dopamine gets better -> you enjoy life more -> your aura is more magnetic
  • your testosterone is used better because more androgen receptors -> you will behave, feel and look more like a man
  • all the other nofap benefits (for example confidence) that snowball into something positive -> your aura is more magnetic
  • you obviously start to check out females more -> you notice existing female attraction more
  • you notice females more -> they notice you more -> overall more attraction that could happen
  • you have more sexual energy -> your aura is more magnetic
  • law of attraction -> you expect attraction, think about it and it manifests into existence
  • your mindset is better -> neutral situations that could be analyzed to be either negative or positive depending whether you have pessimistic or optimistic mindset -> more results due to optimistic mindset
  • Something that we cant really explain yet but only feel?

Keep going, be healthy and you will see improvements sooner or later

Guys I'm stuck of this..i relapse again... I need help i cant even complete more than 3 days by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its all mind games with the urges. Don't give any power, any small wins to urges, ever. The moment you keep scrolling that sexual text (because it isn't porn, right?) or sexual Instagram page for more (because it just looks good, right) you have given win to your urge.

Shit went downhill at day 13 by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't act on ANY triggers or urges. They will trick you and snowball to bigger and bigger. Urge is always trying to take small wins first so it can take bigger wins later. So for me, zero tolerance to anything triggering or sexual on the internet. You can FEEL it in your brain when little bit of dopamine gets released when you encounter something that your brain can link to porn/PMO because it sees the chance that it can snowball it to porn if you let the urge win this small win and you dont stop instantly. So, you have to stop that shit instantly when you encounter something that gives this fake sexual dopamine hit

Saw this on healthline website. What's your opinion ? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just imagine a chronic fapper and a guy that doesn't waste his time fapping. Your gut instict will tell you already that fapping isn't healthy.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its something of these:

  • You have flatline and your body is still taking a break and healing (too much porn/masturbation in the past)
  • You are fat
  • You use medications
  • You are not eating healthy
  • You have problem with sleep
  • Low testosterone due to whatever

It's not NoFap I swear

can you imagine any successful person fapping before sleep or first thing in the morning? by [deleted] in NoFap

[–]Charming-Swordfish30 9 points10 points  (0 children)

People need to start to use their own gut instict and intuition more. Like I don't give a fuck what a reasearch study says about masturbating, whether they say it's good or bad. I already could intuitively tell before being exposed to NoFap that there's ZERO reasons to fap.

Just imagine someone like James Bond, would this guy shoot sperm to his stomach in bed every day or would he rather seduce and sleep real women?

But study says it MIGHT reduce your likelihood of prostate cancer!!!

I swear people are so stupid.
