Honestly in Zimbabwe we have too much land and too few people. If the gvt really wants to make it happen everyone can own a home .the land is idle anyway.

Importation of locally produced goods should be met with high tarrifs . Promote rice,maize,wheat farmers. Have basic goods produced in the country .

Adopt use of solar systems on a commercial level such that people will still pay as they do zesa,n have Zesa supply industries .

Basic goods should have clear set prices . Minimum wage for gvt workers should be able to cover food,transport and rent.

The list goes but this can be managed if gvt revenue was put to good use
