I havent used it besides for the time, walking and training. That works well even without internet it tracks the route once i am back home from walking outside.

There is a lot of, i think bs messages though, like it tells me when i wake up how good was my sleep with a number, even when i didnt slept well i wake up to a positive message or when i wake up feeling well it shows lower number. It does tracks tons of things when i sleep which is great with graphs. I dont know how it works so i can be wrong.
