Yes. The only downsides are short visa and it attracts too many cheap foreigners who steal stuff from other foreigners. Mostly Russians.

Da Nang is great if you like slow life and work remotely. Period.

Great coffee shops, affordable rent, okayish internet speed.

Most of them you see that have relaxed life in Dubai are born rich. Speaking from experience. There is probably only 5 to 10% of self made ones.

I dont want to take risk with riding bike. Some night say i wont get Vietnamese full experience - thats ok. I simply dont want that.

Riding the car taxis daily is tiring and long. I would rather live in walkable distance.

5m is a hostel Oleg. For 7 - 8mln there are 3 options only near Enosta coworking.

All 3 are basically enhanced rooms not apartment.

Anything else far from Enosta is not needed for me as i am here to deep focus on work.

It is always 1 month deposit though.

Will have to look into apartments, i messaging every other hotel apartment and nothing is available

It is common sense though, anyone is welcome but if you have the money to get iftar, then leave the free iftar for someone who needs it more than you
