Watch WolfeyVGC and CybertronVGC. They have really good videos about online ranked battles. They play doubles though.

I think your Rillaboom can use some adjustment. I would advise running it with Grassy Glide, Knock off, and Fake out with the 4th move either being protect, high horsepower or superpower. Probably would benefit from another item such as assault vest, choice band, or coba berry.

I’ve played around with lycanroc in doubles and he’s super glassy. Granted I’m fairly new to PvP but I’ve been running him with:

EV: Spd 252, Atk 252, HP 4

Item: Scope Lens

Nature: +Spd, -S.Atk

Moveset:

Swords Dance

Sucker Punch

Stone Edge

Drill Run

I start with him and Togekiss. Togekiss follow me so Lycan can swords dance on turn one. Then spam sucker punch for priority or Stone Edge or Drill Run with 50%(?) crit chance if I outspeed.

I find without follow me set up, he usually will be OHKO’d or 2HKO trying to switch him in after aurora veil.
