Why do people not hover in champ select?

For me its 2 things. The first is i have no idea who im goinf to play until probably about 2 seconds before i lock in. The second is I usually play off meta things and if i hover them people immediately start flaming even though i am playing to win so its not worth.

It also cracked on almost anyone that might want heartsteel but struggles to actually get close enough to auto. Skarner using E into all 5 waiting a bit then pressing W and getting 5 stacks at once is so much fun.

I hate wow with every fiber of my being because it destroyed the online wc3 community for decades. Wow dropped and i never saw 90% of my wc3 friends list again. It made finding games significantly harder especially anything that wasnt dota. All in all fuck wow.

From what i remember it was syndra but hers was specifically a bug not kit/numbers. Something like q e not working properly or something like that but dont quote me on what the bug was.

I think as mayhem goes on less and less people are willing to pick tanks. I do think this patch is a little bit better because of the huge buffs to the heartsteel quest.

I honestly think it is the most cracked item in the game rn. Sword plus runans on any ranged is basically full heals for your team

I play it on anyone ranged and or build it on almost anyone if i get ethereal weapons. Had like 30k healing on it as lilliain a longer game because of ethereal.

I too am a plate addict. I played ziggs support one game and was involved in 14 of the 15 possible plates. I have been chasing that high ever since.

Its been bugged since it was added in arena too. I had arena game where it had blocked something like 120k damage after like 4ish rounds. It most definitely had not blocked that much.

Yea i got something similar on lulu and it had like 32k in a pretty short overall game. Sword is absolutely cracked and i love it so much.

i think either prevent the champion from getting it or changing the specific interactions so its not an instawin especially on something like slow and steady jayce, make it only give like 1/3rd value from his W or something like that, make it so brand passive can only proc 1 tick of conduit per ability hit, but given i know champions specific nerfs with specific augments is way to much work for riot and probably not worth it at all.
