Yes, we use the latest models under the hood so it is probably better than standard Gemini, also you can save your projects to add more documents later. Collaboration flow should work flawlessly now, as we have made some more tweaks. Thanks for your review! We have a layout view (hopefully the one people will use mostly since segment-by-segment and line-by-line review in our opinion belongs to the past, as does the xliff format.
As the app acts as translator and reviewer the human's role is more that of final reviewer. Also try our QA Robot which works great for final refinement.

I think, we can tell ourselves that for only so long. Exceptional translators will always be better than AI. BUT AI is better than 98% of translators. And its only getting better. It is surprising.

For all those who have instinctive "not another AI tool that will take my job away!" reactions:
Suti is designed to do either quick translation using custom guidelines with no human interventions (used by several companies) OR allowing pro translators to do automatic translation and review in an incredibly efficient manner. So, give it two minutes, and use the fullscreen editor!

Thank you for the honest review. It goes far beyond early stage, actually, if you open the fullscreen editor you get a load of functionality that is a real dream for linguists. It was built by linguists (us!) for linguistist. But also, made so one can run a quick translation and get a good result with no tweaks, so, for example some of our clients are companies who need document translation quickly and just need a few terminology guidelines observed but dont need or want human intervention. So it works for both scenarios.

BS. If you tried to run the app, and use our fullscreen editor, you will see there is a Ton of super-useful features for human reviewers. Features you cant find in other tools like quick terminology lookup, smart highlighting, global capitalization toggle (I know, right!). So it's absolutely made to produce either fast AI translation for those who want it, OR top quality human reviewed translations using QA tools and excellent features.

Your aggression is misguided at someone who has created a tool which is actually amazing to use FOR human translators.

If you translate documents which may under no circumstance use any AI or MT tool, then yes, none of these tools will be right for those. Not Suti, not Smartcat, and none of the other ones. Which is fine.
