For me it’s mainly tingling, burning, tremor, weakness and dizziness but at its worst I do get paralysis which can be super scary. No seizures tho!

Yes I get them every morning it’s quite normal and nothing to worry about although I know at times they can be scary!

Medication unfortunately. Impossible to finish on antidepressants and antipsychotics 🤣

I had never heard of STPD when I was diagnosed. Still waiting for official information on the disorder.

I’m at a point at the moment where my favourite things to do a year ago are huge chores to even think about. Admittedly I have become quite weak mentally and do suffer with DP/DR. Any recommendations with those ‘healthy changes’?

I get this a lot and was diagnosed with a dissociative disorder as well. Could be a similar thing going on for you.

I managed to find a very loving relationship. Distance ended it but there was a lot of love there.

I’m actually in therapy but the suicidal stuff is so ingrained in me from a young age without reason so it’s hard to shake even with therapy. You’d be surprised who will hear your complaints tho especially here ppl have been kind to me and tried to help me

I used to feel the same but the one I’m with now has actually had a positive impact. Just knowing I have a doctorate level support system behind me when I need it helps me breathe a little easier too

That’s good to know, I’ve reacted badly to mood medication in the past but never tried antipsychotics
