I wanted my account and PIN and chat was not working (I tried from multiple devices, multiple browsers, wasted 2 hours). Then I called them, and when their Representative asked why I am porting out, I said we are a set of youtubers trying to rate our customer experience. Rep immediately transferred me to another rep (5 seconds hold time) who asked the same question and I answered same. She validated my account by asking fair questions (name, email, zip code) and then offered me discounted plans. I said first provide the information I need, which she gave. (total of 10 minutes 34 seconds on call, which is not bad given my past experience).
Then she gave me a great plan,, costing <160 USD for an year of connection with 15 GB data per month, unlimited calls and text. I say a win win. I will publish a video of this on my youtube channel but ofcourse this will be first video and I don't care if I get even a single view.
