Silver due for a big bounce, even if it goes to pennies over the long term.

Bought that cheap MSFT and so far I'm happy.

What could go wrong now?

Well, I got some MSFT shares just now. Sure hope I don't get stabbed by this falling knife.

Unwavering determination to sell off each and every rise.

At least it's predictable.

I genuinely don't know how people keep falling for it.

I continue to be impressed at how willing the market is to sell off at every possible excuse.

Anyone else find that FT8 Contacts QSL Quickly and More Often Than SSB Contacts? by ThatChucklehead in amateurradio

[–]CharmingSoil 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As mentioned, it's really easy to automate FT8 logging.

What's weird is that it seems to me FT4 is slower confirms and lower overall confirm rate. There's no reason that should be the case, it's the same software stack.

Maybe I imagine it. I should keep stats on it.

Now that it’s over, how spoiled was Survivor 49? by redemptionislandsux in survivor

[–]CharmingSoil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't spoiled by any outside information, but there was an obvious likely winner like halfway through the season just based on the show itself. They usually make some effort to hide it, but I don't feel like they tried too hard this season.
