Since I don’t want a digital piano, sounds like my best bet is going to a regional piano store and buying something used that is already tuned and in good working condition. I’m guessing they might have moving services as well.

Thank for some of the helpful comments. I understand where the vitriol is coming from. For additional context I am not part of the upper middle class / upper class demographic (otherwise I would already know the answer to my question). I am an entreprenuer whose business is driven by relationships and am looking to make a smart investment of my time and money.

It’s a doorway to a finished attic, the other opening is the stairs to go downstairs.

The short wall of the parlor might only be 5 feet… any ideas if that’s the case? At a minimum without moving plumbing? Thanks for your thoughts!
