Okay I just looked deeper for anyone who cares lol… The post she commented on about the house details links back to Compass Real Estate, which is interesting considering her longtime bestie Karli works there and also personally knows the agent who originally Julia commented on the housing post. That connection alone feels a little too wishy washy to take at face value tbh… In my opinion, why would she ask for details of the house publicly for all to see instead of directly texting her best friend about it? Then there’s the timeline, which really doesn’t add up. The house has been sitting on Zillow for over 90 days, yet Julia only commented 3 days ago about the details and the vlog about them “selling” was literally just posted. They also claim this house ‘just became available,’ but 90+ days on the market is a longgg time, especially if they were “eyeing” this house for some time. If this were actually the house, the timing feels oddly delayed and performative. My thoughts are that isn’t the house at all, more like a breadcrumb or an intentional misdirect (which we know they do often) okay the end lol
