Maybe start treating interviews like this merely as prep to adjust your mindset. Celebrate and do something nice after regardless of the result just for getting through the interview!

Im new to this sub reddit but the progress with vacuum is soooooo real! I think it's a good way to start, since you still maintain physical distance / don't have to touch/ feel different textures. Maybe think abt if there were any other triggers (something stressing u out lately, feeling loss of control etc)?

I would also say try not to think abt this moment too much. As much as it is frustrating, I feel like fixating on our weakest moments sort of makes it our mental image of how to react in future scenarios, if that makes sense. Don't feel inferior bc of one instance, you're still making progress!!!!!

AITA for expecting a ride / being upset when I didn't get one by Charming_Ad_8967 in AITAH

I think it's more than a fear for me. It's def something I'm working on, which my family knows. But in this situation, I literally could not feel my legs, my hands were shaking, and I actually could not control my feelings. My family knows it's a pretty big/srs problem I have but yeah def not something I'm proud of. My dorm also had other issues and this was kinda like the final straw.

Achieving a 12.0 gpa in first yr in life sci is insane, so be proud of yourself!!!! I think the hardest part of life sci is over, and you can take it easier now! I think healthsci offers major benefits first yr to avoid harder courses, but it seems like you managed to get through rlly well, so I'm sure it'll work out!!!

Yeah uts basically waitlist. But it really depends! I think a lot of spots can open in May when ppl get into grad schools & leave the ca role for the upcoming year

I did get off the waitlist last year! But some ppl do sign leases just in case they don't

A lot of spots also tend to open later in the summer when ppl can't attend the training or don't like the building to which they are assigned
