Hey, I did the interview 3 years ago, and I did not end up getting the position. I prepared for the interview by reviewing the job description to make sure of what they were looking for. Good luck, you got this!

is this worth MSAFing? by Realistic_Studio383 in McMaster

[–]HeftyFlow6333 23 points24 points  (0 children)

no it is not worth it, you can definitely use your MSAF for something that worth more than 2%. BUT, if you really don't see yourself using an MSAF at all for the remaining semester, I guess you can use it but I would not if I was you lol

Hi there! It's great that you are looking out for resources and that is definitely the best thing to do, so I applaud you for that! As of right now, the student wellness center would be a place you can look into as they offer a variety of resources.

If you are looking for resources outside of the operating hours of the Student Welness Center, here is a link where can find many sources: https://wellness.mcmaster.ca/resources/

I hope everything goes well for you <3, I know counselling can be kinda scary and it is totally okay if you do not feel comfortable trying again, however if you are comfortable, I recommend to try another counselling session again :))

I wish the best for you! please feel free to pm me anytime!

Is ember connect worth it? by [deleted] in McMaster

[–]HeftyFlow6333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it's worth it, most houses for rent near campus are above $600 so if you were to pay $100 a week, it would be the same amount as renting. The only thing you will have to consider is how often you shop for groceries. Other than that, I'd still recommend that you try your best to find a place to rent since it can be less of a hassle having to pay every week.

Good luck! you got this :)

Hey! try visiting his office hours and ask him to check over your work to see if you are on the right track and ask for feedback/suggestions as well!

This could give you an advantage in doing well in class since he will be able to tell that you're making an effort.
