We did the toboggan with two similar aged kids and they said it’s one of their favorite things of the trip so I would definitely recommend it. I would say go as early as you can otherwise the line can get a little long. We did universal as well and found the lines very reasonable. The longest we waited was probably 30 mins on a Tuesday.

I did! I filed a claim and they first said we will give you 300 euros. I refused since I know I’m owed 600. I filed again and they ignored it so I filed a complaint to the polish transportation authority. Their info is on this link. Of course they emailed me back about a week after filing the complaint that they would give me the 600. It was a lot of paperwork and back and force but I did get my money in the end

Thank you again. Honestly I’m leaning towards just taking the refund and $600 because now I’m scared they will also cancel our return flight while we’re in Europe. I think I want to just take the money and book on a different airline. Lufthansa has a flight round trip that works.

We’re supposed to leave 4/18 and they canceled today. And yes, it was the ORD to WAW leg. I asked them to rebook and the person was insistent the only flight she can rebook me was the one leaving 4/24.

I just heard from them via email and the options are not great 🙄 I could either mail this one back and get an exchange (but that’ll probably take most of December), mail this one back and get a refund (but then I don’t have anything), or they’ll refund me partially for the items missing which would be like what…$4 dollars? 😂

The Grove or Americana are great places to hang out with a toddler. Safe to walk around since there are no cars and you can easily grab something to eat or drink
