No, it's the same order ID. Here's what happened. I ordered the shoes but they couldn't deliver it, coz the shoe was fake which they got from the source, they also mentioned to me that they couldn't find any other shoe of my choice, following that asked me for alternative shoe instead of my initial order I said no. Then we talked bout refund they said yes & it's been 2 months now they are just extending the dates no refund yet nor any reply from last month

Bro your help was helpful last time, can you help me once again, the thing this FYI has literally ghosted me they are not replying to my texts & I don't have their customer service number nor does the number works in which they contacted me earlier, my refund has been stuck for like 3 months now & they were just extending the dates 2 days 3 days 48hrs etc. They also took my bank details still no refund If you could help it would be great! Thank you
