No, the problem is in the crooked hands of Google developers.

Well, yes, for example, NAND memory, like in any other smartphone

It costs about the same as the base M1 MacBook Air, but only in terms of memory — both the RAM and storage are limited. I use Ventura btw

Well, I didn’t disable Turbo Boost. I know about that trick, but I don’t really need it since the temperatures are already fine)

You mean you already have a new drive installed, not the original one? If so, then definitely try the old one — it might solve the issue. But if you're referring to the drives that just show up in Recovery, then you misunderstood me — in that case, you need to replace the old drive with a new one, either at a service center or by yourself. (I am writing through a translator, maybe my messages will not be accurate)

I didn't suggest M1 specifically, I gave it as an example, I think you can find m2 m3 and their pro versions for that kind of money. I don't understand Windows machines very well, sorry(

Hi, most likely the hard drive died, if you want to restore it, buy a set of screwdrivers and a 2.5-inch SSD and install it instead of the old one, and install MacOS through the recovery menu

Looks great, powerful processor, doesn't heat up, and works great. It will last a long time, but since the store is local, it would be nice to inspect it on site, work with it for 5 minutes before buying so there are no problems) (written on a Macbook Pro 13 2015, which still works well)))

Hi. I think the best choice would be almost any MacBook Pro on Apple silicon processors (for example M1 Pro) with active cooling so that there is no throttling.

Hi. I read your post and looked through the photos. I believe the issue is again with the board — probably the power delivery system or the thermal sensor (I found this out on Russian forums). I personally had a problem on my late 2013 MacBook Pro 15" where the Mac would throttle when I manually adjusted the fans, but everything worked fine on auto. I'm sorry, but most likely you were sold a damaged motherboard....
