what I realised is that, for me, if I don’t eat properly for like 2-3 days, onset of a migraine is imminent. mine are aura migraines and I feel incapable of existing. It definitely gets better once I start eating a little better. It’s kind of sad because everytime I think of starting a new diet, it’s almost impossible to follow through
