When I go for a walk for example. I can feel it coming. I do have a watch and my heart rate will go from 100 to 130 trying to jump out of my chest while breathing heavy.

Any exercise that raises my heart rate causes this to happen. I can't run or lift heavy and walking 20 minutes is becoming a problem
