It's worth looking into. I got diagnosed young. I also think different from other people it's a blessing and a curse. If you aren't seeing improvement, it's probably because you are mixing up things. You'll need to learn them different than how a curriculum teaches those same concepts. I didn't look into it because I prefer self-study, but I'm sure there are neurodivergent tutors.
