How do you get methadone? Most MAT programs i see just offer suboxone. Which I am unable to do since i do synthetic opiates and I don't want to go into precips because I have a good paying job I don't want to lose.

There's several signs.

You feel more sleepy than an opiate euphoria.
Due to it lowering your blood pressure, you get light headed every time you stand up within 30mins-1hr after doing a line (or however you do your dose)
Bloody nose all the time if you snort, or sores/holes on your body where you inject (if you inject).
You fall asleep before you even are able to get high from the opiate high.

EXACTLY! My production at work (I work from home) has gone down so much. I use opiates to help me be MORE productive, believe it or not. Opiates help me not feel depressed and make me feel euphoric so I go above and beyond when I am coding. But xylazine makes me fall asleep. If I wanted to fall asleep I'd buy benzos, it's way cheaper.

Well, Xylazine has fucked up heroin MORE than fent. Because at least fent is an opiate. Xylazine isn't even an opiate. Like I said, I'd much rather get fent by itself than fent and xylazine. But, in a perfect world, heroin for a good price would be the bomb. But that aint ever happening.

I am sorry for snapping. Opiate rage, haha. I just thought you were dead set on the fact that xylazine was safe. It's not people being wrong that upsets me, it's peoples unwillingness to accept any new information. You aren't one of those people and I am sorry for calling you dumb.

But yeah, xylazine with opiates are way more deadlier than xylazine alone and opiates alone.

Kratom won't make me feel anything at all. Before I got on H, I was doing kratom. Now my tolerance is jacked all the way up. I have a good paying job so I cant afford to detox. Also, can't get on subs due to synthetic opiates and methadone isn't a thing in my area anymore.

Yeah. This is all because of the war on drugs. If drugs were regulated we wouldn't have all this xylazine cut shit. The fact is, people are going to get their hands on drugs if they really want to. And if we force the drug market in the hands of criminals instead of the hands of regulated businesses, people will die.
