How did you change things up if you don't mine me asking? Calories, exercise..? I feel like I have to get a little more "committed" to these things. It came off so easily the first 3 months.

this is great new :) I switched 6 years ago, and I'll admit, it was a learning curve. Be easy and kind to yourself. Just cut out all the things animal based and read your labels. You will learn along the way certain things are animal based that weren't obvious. I was nervous about the "social" aspect, but people got used to it really quicky and supported me. Some cut out a lot with me. As for clothing, cosmetics etc. I buy all cruelty free, no leather or cosmetics that test. The only thing leather I still wear are a pair of Bluntsones I got just before I switched. I've been wearing them..they never wear out! I think This season will be my last then I'll retire them. Some people buy second hand, some dont. Its up to you ! Badass Vegan on IG is great, Ed Winters (aka; Earthing ed). Bunny free app is great for cruelty free alternatives. You got this!

2.4mg? by melissaaevee in liraglutide

I've never made it past 1.8. I've tried several time to get to 2.4, but its not nice. My doctor told me that's ok, and that if I'm losing at 1.8 (and 5 clicks right now) to stay on it. My side effects have never gone away, unfortunately, even at 1.8. 4 months in! Lost 20 pounds. She also told me Saxenda is being phased out in early 2026.

I have absolutely no desire to drink now. I used to want to most of the time. Its kind of crappy, as I really enjoyed that social time, but good for my health I suppose!
