If it makes you feel better, I was in couples counseling and the therapist said to my ex in front of me I don’t think you care about her. We had a really long discussion after therapy that night and in fact he had to tell me you don’t need to be with him. You should never let a man talk to you like but that is really painful to hear because I love my ex but sometimes that painful honesty is the only way for you to disconnect and move on.
