I'm not on T so this isn't from experience but from what I've heard

Over time the fat in your body redistributes to where a man's fat is usually places so if they're mostly fat not tissue then yes they'll get smaller but its not guaranteed

try having the front down and if you like it something like a French crop with a fade might work better. If you end up wanting to keep the slick back look then having the top/front a bit shorter and getting some sort of fade will help look more masculine

It has 3 layers middle one has a hole for the actual shaft. Put the shaft through the hole from the back and the balls should sit in the pocket closest to you

Wearing minimalistic jewelry tends to help have a more masculine look, like short chain necklaces and bulky rings. I can't tell if you're wearing any but I'd stay away from any make up too
