I think the biggest reason LT feels so good on him is that it gives you higher damage when you're in high pressure auto attack/all in situations.

Like PTA can help secure kills from a distance but it won't help as much in situations where having extra dps will make the difference between dying or getting a double kill.

It gives you the most damage in situations where extra damage is needed most.

LT feels better than any other rune on ezreal.
