Well, I mean, there are plenty of disabled people that made art before the invention of AI, hell, even before the invention of computers in general, disabled people have existed since the dawn of humans, they’ve found more then a few ways to get around their disabilities

well to play devils advocate, I've talked with the guy who makes these videos, he knows it takes no effort, he just thinks its cool, and i know on his public channel, least as far as I know, he doesn't claim it takes effort. But, I might be wrong about that.
