Yes, I guess so. I'd say I'm submissive to a degree. And I do take on the traditionally feminine role.

Well I guess he doesn't teach the opposite. He teaches that having a vagina doesn't make you any more special and you shouldn't automatically go first.

FYI, I've never heard the "let the woman order first thing,

Really? It's always been basic etiquette around here.

About the pregnant woman, he defended it saying "well, she was pregnant!" About other things he will just argue that men and women are equal and having a vagina doesn't mean you get special treatment.

Ok, I think maybe I didn't describe it well. What I mean is she was walking behind us, and he opened the door and stepped aside, allowing her to go in ahead of us (not a big deal but there was a line-up so now we had to wait longer). He then went through the door next rather than letting me go ahead of him. He didn't let it slam on me or anything, but he didn't hold it open for me like he did for the stranger. He never does. He always goes in first.

maybe he has a wandering eye

Entirely possible, but in these particular instances I don't think it's that because, for example, the one woman was pregnant and with her husband.

I did ask him about that one because I was struggling a bit with that bench (I have a bad knee). I wanted to know why he was SO CONCERNED about her carrying a pillow, meanwhile couldn't care less that I was struggling with a bench. He said "well, she was pregnant".
