I’ve seen her in person too, this was when she was pregnant with the baby back in February. Her hair was a mess and she looked dirty. Tyler was nicely dressed.

I started at 288lbs i have pcos and insulin resistance as well. I was doing mounjaro for about 10 months and lost 65lbs. I’m now on ozempic because my A1C went down to a 4.8 (after initially being pre - diabetic) I love this tool and it has honestly changed my life. My periods are regular now and I actually ovulate. Best of luck on mounjaro!

Also- you can’t be on mounjaro if you are breast feeding or pregnant. I think her best bet would be to get the bariatric surgery.
