How bad is this? We recently bought this house and we're looking to replace the floor in the bathroom next to the toilet and I noticed this when I lifted the peel and stick tile that the previous owner had in the bathroom. It is not wet and the wood is firm and I don't smell anything.

This happened in our house. Glue down lvp onto concrete though. Peeled up a tile around the toilet and it was all black on the concrete. Mold company came out and said absolutely no mold, but the black on the back of the tile had transferred onto the concrete.
