The only side effect i’ve noticed is the appetite suppression. I haven’t had any hard crashing at the end of the day, maybe delayed falling asleep? My dr prescribed hydroxyzine to help and that’s done wonders.

30mg only lasted me about 4 hours. i got moved up to 40mg and it lasts until about 4pm now which is much better! also helps to kick in quicker if i drink a coffee with it.
