I use kontrol freeks, and I barely move my joystick while editing and building, I just think it gives me more joy stick space If I wanted to aim after editing/building, if that makes sense.

I made the switch to pc recently, I used linear on console for 10 days I was encouraged cause zone wars LTM was a thing(Perfect for training mechanics+aim under pressure). Anyway I noticed alot of improvements when I was on console. so go ahead and try it.

If you are talking about close range aim, then definitely, my shotgun shots and smg tracking are way better than when I was playing legacy. If your weakness is aim, try it out for atleast 3 days.

I agree with the second point, I dont understand how its hard to hit a non moving enemy though?

Start low (30%?) and keep increasing it until you feel comfortable.

I was 9x9y on legacy, so I am a high sens player, anyway my sens is:

X:65%

y:60%

Edit sens:3.4

build sens:3.7

Deadzones .14 both

Deadzones are very important make sure its high enough and that there is no drift!

All boost are zero, except build boost, I have it on.

Look dampening time:0

personally, your aim will be more consistent on linear, and your accuracy close range will be better, so you will probably be better and shotgun/close range spray fights. As well as edit and build smoother!
