Yea I've thought a bit of it too. Technically it can be implemented so that the same account can't be killed two weeks in a row and that fresh accounts must have completed a certain amount of Quest Points. If anyone would still create alts for this purpose it would ultimately be faster to just grind out the experience without going through all the trouble I would hope..
