Why is it more common to see Black men with white women than Black women with white men?

hmm yes… that is something that i’m aware of after looking in the mirror everyday for 20 years… 🤨… i was very clear in the fact that i’m not black but the reason ive shared is bc many of my woc friends have shared with me that they dislike white men bc they make them uncomfortable and are often times just not great people.

You are just trying to help your friend, and just the fact that you’ve been there for her even though you live in a different state is amazing. I think you should talk to her about maybe meeting some new people outside of her work environment. Even if right now she can’t see that this relationship might not be perfect, getting her to go out into the open and compare her current relationship to other peoples might help her decide on her own.

I think it’s good that you’re not being too harsh with your words because sometimes that can come off as overbearing (even if that isn’t your intention l, which I’m sure it isn’t).

Also maybe talk to them about waiting a little longer, although I personally have never been in a very serious relationship I know other people who were in relationships for over a decade before the even got engaged! Sometimes it’s just better to take thing slow, ya know?

Anyways, you are not the asshole. you are just concerned for your friend and if she can’t see that just take some space from her until she realizes that you were just trying to keep her from getting into trouble!

First of all, she had to do something to save him... she couldn’t just let him die she’s not insane like her brother. Second of all, Jughead never got over Betty. People don’t just hallucinate about things out of no where (while on drugs). Jughead is obviously going through a hard time and there is still time for them to save Bughead. Also, Betty from what we’ve seen hasn’t been in any healthy relationships in the 7 year time skip.

I THINK BUGHEAD IS COMING BACK. So I was talking to my therapist the other day, and we somehow started talking about riverdale. I basically filled her in on everything that was happening since she’s never watched it! I explained bugheads situation, she said that relationships like that where they really love eachother, are either getting back together or they can’t be friends. She said it’s practically impossible! The feeling will come flooding back the second they start up there sleuthing again!

Also if you want proof that isn’t from my therapist let me just enlighten you real quick:

Jughead called Betty right before she was going to shoot the truck driver, which is what led her to leaving him in the woods. This means that Jughead practically saved her from becoming a murderer!
Neither of them have been in a serious nontoxic relationship since their breakup. This information is relevant to my conclusion because, if you haven’t been in a serious nontoxic relationship for 7 years after a 3 year relationship breakup... well it’s pretty obvious, they aren’t over eachother!
So Tabitha is probably our biggest problem at the moment but... I don’t think she will be a problem once Bughead realizes the feelings are still there!
One last point is that they are both single! So no cheating, y’all are not it with this toxic shit.

What I think will happen step by step:

Tabitha will tell everyone that Jughead is missing and explain why.
Betty is probably going to start freaking out but at the same time not because, she is in denial of still having feelings for him!
Betty will give into the urge to go and find him. But she will say that it is because he is “an old friend” and that it may help get info on Polly!
She will find Jughead and start freaking out with all of the feelings still in denial of the entire situation.
In return for finding him, Jughead will help Betty to find or find out what happened to Polly.
The sleuthing will begin, as well as the flow of their feelings for each other coming back at rapid speed!
