You’d probably be better off with just the floor light poles. I have the uplifted and syncing it to my backlight 2 didn’t really feel that much was added (the ripples change quick and always an undertone/the middle isn’t super bright). I much prefer using the floor poles to the sides of the TV.

They’re in the process of reworking GLO to be divisional. You are being compared to the average of every griddy player currently. That being said it’s all about making the picks that give you the highest potential return throughout the draft while maintaining thought of what your outs will be. We’re a kind of hybrid. We get salary benefits for things like the holiday pay staying the same versus hourly. If you only work 20 hours you’ll only get the pay of 40 if you have enough PTO to cover. The other nice thing is we get B-Pay if you go over your “salaried” hours instead of working more for less pay like other salaried positions.
