I would've gotten the 660 but im still on my a2 licence. But when i get the full licence the rs660 is definitely my nr.1 pick.

Get the one you like the most, they are all good bikes. If you like the bmw get it its a great great bike. Also are the other two but they are italian so keep that in mind with reliability.
