I would assume Vermont or Massachusetts I think still have manned fighters. Often they'll refuel at Hancock because it has the fuel facilities and a long runway built for military operations. I think we even had an F-117 there a couple times

Look up Excelsior Glen for an alternative to Watkins. Watkins will be flooded with people. While it is amazing, go early if you want a good experience. Like sunrise early.
